The statutory and governance information required of an authorised financial services provider.
Alpha Retirement (Pty) Ltd (Registration 2026/088186/07) renders financial services as a juristic representative of Sharenet Wealth (Pty) Ltd, an authorised financial services provider (FSP 41688).
Where Alpha recommends any related-party product or service, it does so only with full prior written disclosure and the client’s approval, in line with its conflict-of-interest management policy. Client money is held by independent custodians.
Alpha is an independent investment consultant. In respect of the funds it advises, Alpha receives no commission, rebate, referral or platform fee from any asset manager or product provider; the advisory fee paid by the client is its only remuneration for that advice. Alpha will not recommend a related-party product or service to a client without full prior written disclosure and that client’s approval.

Complaints should be made in writing to Alpha Retirement at lawangeed@alpharetirement.co.za. We acknowledge complaints in writing within five business days and aim to resolve them within six weeks.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be referred to the FAIS Ombud:
